What is IP Telephony?
At its most simple, IP Telephony is a business telephone system that works over your computer network cabling. Wherever you have a network cable, you can have a telephone.  But that simple definition really doesn't do justice to what IP telephony can bring to your business.

IP telephone systems are designed to easily handle additional incoming lines or extensions.  Extensions can be added, moved or re-assigned without a service call.  It's so easy that office workers who routinely move from desk to desk can actually take their phone extension with them as they go!

Keeping in touch 
With advanced features like "Find Me/Follow Me", IP telephone systems make sure you receive that call your business depends on.  Calls can be automatically forwarded to other extensions, or even to your cell phone, so you are available when you need to be.
