Experience Matters
Our service technicians have the industry certifications that ensure they are qualified to address your computer needs. But even beyond certification, they have experience. Experience with all types of networks and all types of businesses. It’s one thing to pass a paper test that determines a level of knowledge. It’s an entirely different matter to have that hands-on experience that allows a technician to quickly identify and address network issues.
Fix the problem, not the symptom
Are you constantly seeing the same or similar problems crop up on your network? It’s likely that your technician is fixing symptoms, and not underlying problems. Our technicians know that just eliminating the symptom is not enough. They dig deeper to identify the actual cause of the problem, and then they fix that, too. After all, a little extra time spent on the first visit could eliminate the need for all those follow up calls. And in the long run, that saves a lot of time and money.

Basic Support Options
Lamm Technical Resources LLC offers two types of basic support. Both give you the control over when and how often you seek service and support.
Preferred Service Agreements
Under a Preferred Service Agreement, or PSA, you prepay for blocks of service time. Any service or support you use is billed against your prepaid blocks, and when your blocks run out, you simply purchase more. You determine when to call for service, and our skilled technicians only address those issues that you choose. Remote, telephone and on-site support are all available under a PSA.
Labor rates for Preferred Service Agreements are higher than rates charged under Harmony IT contracts, but are discounted from the non-contract incident response rate.
Non-Contract Incident Response
Non-contract incident response is the most expensive type of service and support. Primarily used by first-time clients or in one-time situations, this is a straight time and material support arrangement. You receive the same high-quality service and support that all Lamm Technical Resources clients receive, but without any future obligation or prepayment.
